Why is the British government so incompetent ?
The way it’s handled the covid 19 is beyond shocking. They should have put brexit on hold at the beginning of last year and concentrated on preventing the spread of the virus at the start and shut the airports right when Spain and Italy did.

Boris Johnson is an alarmingly buffoonish PM. The only reason he became PM was because he was Leave and he could deliver Brexit, but Remain or not, I would trust Starmer more on Brexit as well as Coronavirus.
Our case figures on Cornavirus compare with countries like Mexico and Russia with far bigger populations.

Brexit didn't help matters.
usually the British government is known to be more competent than that, when they have better leadership.

You know there are laws in the UK? You can't just shut down an airport at any time, anyway you like.
