What can cause uterus cramping BESIDES PERIODS?

My period ended on the 9th so I’m nowhere near a new period. But my uterus is cramping hard as if I’m on it. I’m not bleeding. What is causing this? I am on the nuva ring and have been for years but never had this problem

    Maybe a cyst or maybe your eating too much meat and dairy/sugar this month .

    I would see your gynecologists and ask there, as this is not usual. Could you possibly have a UTI?

    Could be the womb is trying to expel the ring. Get it checked.
