No she isn't she is following the rules as laid down in the US Constitution, it's a shame that most Republicans never seem to have got past the first two Amendments.

The voters decided. You say forty tons of ballots were dumped by the side of the road. Find One. Piles of ballots dumped in the desert. Find One. A river full of dumped ballots. Find one. Ballot counting machines altered? Why did the hand count match?

I'm not sure what you're babbling about but you do realize, don't you, how powerful the position of Speaker of the House is.  

Pelosi is not deciding who gets to be president.  She is doing her job.  

Well she is Queen after all. You can tell that by how angry she gets when anyone sits in her throne without permission, touches her mail or says anything mean about the San Francisco sodomites she represents. 

Also, she recently claimed that St. Francis works for her now and represents her gay constituency as their 'Patron saint.' 

'Off with their heads!' (but be nice to animals, slander the President openly without a trial and only shoot unarmed defenseless women if they dare to protest the stolen election, just like St. Francis would do, right?). 

If Nancy Pelosi got to decide who was President, Trump would have been out a year ago.

It is Pelosi's job to hold the president accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors.

The speaker of the house is the 3rd most powerful position in the country. We have a president who is dangerous and incited an attempted coup. His VP was not willing to invoke the 25th amendment after the president's sedition. Pelosi was next in charge.

When the higher-ups can't do their job, the chain of command is effective.

So misinformed and ignorant of how our government works.  Pelosi does not decide that you doofus. She is exercising the checks and balances built into our constitution.
