Doctors don’t know what’s wrong with my stomach help?
I have went many times. One told me I had GERD. One told me I have irritable bowel syndrome. And the last time I went they said I had ulcers, right at the entrance of my butt, but here are my symptoms;
-nausea, all day, everyday
-stomach ache
-poop is usually weird or runny, sometimes there is blood when I wipe
-fatigue and loss of interest in everything
-dizzy
-lost weight from barely an appetite
No doctor has figured it out yet and they always tell me something different even tho I told them all my symptoms. Any ideas what this could be ?? Just ibs??
I forgot to add; when I swollow food, soon as it get down my throat it hurts, like it’s stabbing my stomach and I feel like I’m about to puke it right back up ):
Tavy no treatment they didn’t even give me much advice ):

By far not a doctor or anyone in that area. But I think you should raise questions about Ulcerative Colitis and Gastroparesis. Colitis can cause the blood and weird bowel movements as well as the loss of appetite. Gastroparesis is where part of your stomach is paralyzed, which could be causing your nausea/vomiting. Also, check in with an allergist in case you have a food intolerance to something you're eating.

My spouse had many of those symptoms and similar experience with the medical community. Finally got an endoscopy and colonoscopy... The endoscopy revealed a growth in the duodenum - closing that entrance to the stomach by as much as 70%. Biopsy indicated non-cancerous. One specialist said it was cancerous and wanted to perform a "Whipple" procedure. The second opinion took another biopsy and said non-cancerous, Whipple not needed. We went with the second opinion, the growth was removed and the post surgical analysis showed Specialist #2 was correct.
Instead of guessing, your doctors need to look. Get an endoscopy and colonoscopy. If it something physical, they should be able to see whatever it is, take a biopsy and figure out the next step.
