I think the person who was injured in your dream was you in a symbolic way.  You made sure you were safe, in a hotel room, when you looked out the window.  If you had not looked, you would not have seen the accident, so the whole dream was a set up for the act of the injury to the person who fell off the bicycle.  Why did you fall of the bike?
