Is using a MBR partition ok?

I got a 2tb ssd I want to use it as my main drive for OS, major programs, and games. When I was setting it up I accidentally set the partition as a MBR instead of GTP . Would that be a problem to use that partition?

The main issue with MBR over GTP is that MBR is limited to 2 TB in size.  It can not access a partition that is larger then that.  Since the SSD is 2 TB in size, that should not be an issue.  If it was a 3 TB drive, you would be unable to use that third terabyte as part of the OS drive.

It wouldn't cause any problems, you just wouldn't be able to get past the limitations of MBR like having more than 4 partitions etc.
