i own a lot in pennsylvania that i can't afford, I've offered it for free (no takers) i want to abandon it but don't know how?

    Giving it for free means there's something wrong with it, that's why your offering it for free.  Sale it at a fair price, too low of a price will have many questions of why do low? someone somewhere gonna want it.

    In most counties if you don't pay the taxes the county will take it over and sell it for back taxes.
