"I, I, I, me, me, me" - relationships only work when both parties want to be in one. This person is clearly still coping with a breakup and isn't looking to date you. If you really cared about her at all you'd give her space. If you can't handle things as they are then disconnect from her and go find someone who isn't still in the middle of a breakup.

She’s string you along. No she doesn’t want a relationship with you but would with a guy she’s in to. Don’t take it personal.
