super cheap las vegas apartments?

Hi, me and my mom are looking for super cheap apartments in Las Vegas that don't accepts bad credit and doesn't do credit check, doesn't care about past rental history...we have been late on rent every month for 2 1/2 years, was in a legal agreement with the courts and broke that several times but was given extra chances, now we are done...the property manager has had enough and is going to evict us but we told her we would leave on our own by the end of the month and she said she won't proceed with the eviction if we do. Also don't have any personal references. We are both on disability and only make $1,950 combined I checked out Siegel Suites, Budget Suites and The Suites but they are all $1,200-$1,300 a month for just a one bedroom. We are looking at $800 a month for 2 bedroom. We we're paying only $557 here a month. Reason why we couldn't pay rent is cause we committed fraud with our debit cards and ATM fraud and the bank let us stay with them but banned our ATM use. We also made bad check payments to our current apartment online and they banned our online access. So we had no way to pay the rent that is why we broke our legal agreement. If anyone knows of any place that would rent to us with our record and awful credit of low 400's credit score please let me know. TY. BTW this is NOT a troll post. Just desperate to find an apartment for us. TY BTW, needs to be less than 1/2 mile walking distance to casino as I play blackjack for extra income and we don't have a car.

This is why landlords slowly begin to hate owning apartments. First the tenant starts walking around the complex drunk, then they set their curtains on fire, then they call the landlord at 11pm because they are drunk as hell and can't remember the code to get into the laundry room, then they start beating their girlfriend and the cops come, lastly the day before they skip out they trash the laundry room dryers steal the washing machine quarters and leave their cigarette smoke and mattress filled apartment for the landlord to clean out...

Sure, you sound like great tenants. Surely you're a troll; otherwise you're a landlord's nightmare.

This is exactly why you should PAY YOUR BILLS! Don’t rent apartments you can’t afford to pay for. If I was a LL, I wouldn’t let you anywhere near my property. Your behavior has consequences. You’re lucky you’re not in prison for all the fraud you’ve committed. And I don’t buy your story about breaking your agreement because you “had no way to pay.” If you actually had the money, you could have paid cash or used a money order. No LL would ever refuse to let you pay money you owed. Given your history of fraud, I don’t blame them for refusing to accept a check or credit card, but I don’t believe for a second that they would refuse a wad of cash or a postal money order.

Being a LL is a BUSINESS, not a charity. They have a right to refuse tenants who they don’t think will pay. You have basically done every possible thing to make a LL want to deny you a rental. You should have thought about this before you screwed over your previous LLs, banks, and god knows who else. When you intentionally screw over everyone you’ve ever rented from, you’ll eventually end up homeless. Your only chance is to find a private LL who owns a home with apartments that might not do a credit check. You’ll never get approved by a reputable property management company. Your best chance is to pay several months rent in advance (with cash), in addition to first, last, and security. Nobody in their right mind would trust you to honor a lease. If you can’t afford it, then GET A JOB.

Your expectations are completely unrealistic. I don’t know what apartments cost in Vegas, but I doubt anything in a prime location would be that cheap, especially with your credit. Beggars can’t be choosers. I can’t say I have a lot of sympathy for you. You didn’t get into this predicament just by falling behind on rent. Your choices caused your problems. You rented a place you couldn’t afford. You paid late every month for over 2 years, and instead of moving to a cheaper place, you decided to commit fraud against everyone you could think of. You scammed your bank, your LL, and breached your agreements to repay. On top of all that, you still manage to play blackjack, which will never make you money in the long run. Even if you count cards, the house still has a mathematical advantage over you. I’m guessing you have a gambling addiction. I just don’t know how many chances you think you’re gonna get to scam LLs before you end up SOL and homeless. If you keep it up, the only housing you’ll find is prison.
