Do wavelength( λ) and frequency (f) change from one medium to another medium? ?

    Wave length changes and speed changes. The frequency will never change. Red light remains red every where.

    yes.  wavelength times frequency equals speed.

    Speed varies from one medium to the next, and the wavelength changes with it

    yes the more the wavelength increases the small the frequency
