Can I have children of my own with my girlfriend’s criminal record?

Back in 2018 she lost custody of her kids because of a DUI involving children in the vehicle. She also got charged with a hit and run.  

Update:

First and before everything i love children. Having children of my own is a goal in life. I have no control of my gf’s past criminal conviction.

    we have no idea where you are and thus which state's child endangerment laws apply.  ask a local family law attorney

    Criminal record never stopped anybody from getting pregnant

    If you have a child who is going to know? The birth is not going to be reported to any agency by a hospital.

    First ask yourself whether its a case of fulfilling your needs -- at the expense of the welfare of a child ?
