I want to change my IP address from the one that came with my device to something in Leeds. Anyone know a 'typical' Leeds address I can use?

your IP is tied to your service provider. even if your ISP thinks you live in leeds and sends all your snailmail bills to leeds, the servers you connect to know where you are.
you can change this by using a VPN (although i dont know any that have leeds based servers).
This is the only way to get a leeds IP address
