If you count the controversial abortion episode, it would be four. That episode was never broadcast in the US. In it, Lois agrees to become a surrogate for a college friend who can't have children. The procedure is successful and Lois becomes pregnant but then finds out her friend and her husband are killed in a car accident so she decides to have an abortion.

They both have 4, Peter Jr, Meg, Chris, Stewie.
Bertram wasn't Lois, peter donated sperm and ended up going to a Lesbian couple.
You also find out Peter is a surrogate father to multiple children, don't think it is ever specified, you meet a lot of them in the episode but don't think you see all of them.
