Do I have to go to court if my name is not on the list? ?
I was arrested on a Ramey warrant in California and I bonded out and was given a court date. But I looked up the court colander and my name is not there. I also looked up the case number and nothing showed up.
I called the court to tell them my name is not on the list and they confirmed with me that I was bonded out and given a court date but my name is really not on the list and that the District attorney has not filed anything.
A Ramey warrant is an arrest warrant issued by a judge before the DA has filed charges.
The court clerk gave me the number to the district attorney I can call to see what’s going on but I really do not want to call them.
So my question is do I really have to show up if I do not have an a court date??
Should I call my Bail bond company?

There is an EXCELLENT chance whatever your read online IS NOT the actual court calendar, or at least not the COMPLETE calendar.
If you show up, the worst that can happen is you are told to come back at a later date.
If you don't show up, you could face a bench warrant and be arrested without notice.
I am not an attorney, but I STRONGLY recommend calling the DA. You DO have a court date until you receive FORMAL notice you don't, and such notice CAN'T be given over the phone.

If you have something that gives your court date show up in court on the court date. And if they do not call your number. Do what's smart go to court and hand emotion to the clerk of the court before your court date motion that this court case shall be dismissed.
And if nobody shows up to contest your motion or to charge you with any crime after they have set a court date when the judge calls you up you're on her I make a motion that this court case be dismissed on the grounds that a hearing was set. There is no evidence against me and nobody to speak against me I am innocent motion to dismiss.

Do you mean CALENDAR as opposed to kitchenware designed to drain food?
You have a Court date. It was given to you when you were bonded out. Whether or not it's been recorded is immaterial.
You got good advice - call the D.A.
The bail bondsman may or may not be able to help.
