because they are not as popular and don't deserve it - the same as female models get on average 20 times more than male models. the market is always right.

Why doesn't a lower division player or an amateur earn any money in doing sports?
Why doesn't the worlds best netballer earn as much as a professional NBA-player?
Not the same attendances or interest, which leads to fewer sponsor and less media coverage, which equals less money.
Quite simple when you think of it.
