My kidney function is compromised, so...?
...I was recently hospitalized for 11 days after stones lodged in my ureter caused a very bad infection. About ten days after I was released from the hospital, my creatinine - serum test came back as 2.01 MG/DL. So what does that say about how well - or poorly - my kidneys are functioning?

you need to see it trending--could be coming down as the kidneys recover. One value is not all that helpful
