It's not a coin. It's a souvenir medallion issued by the Napoleonic society to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Napoleon Bonaparte in 1969. Assuming it's the cupronickel version, they're not rare and it's only worth a few dollars for its novelty value. Now if you had a gold one, the bullion value would be about $300.
