The earth's tilt of 23 degrees is supposedly the result of a massive collision of the early (not complete) earth with another planetoid, if that is your question. The moon is the result of that collision, so the body was probably on the order of the size of the moon. Partly depends on how fast the proto-earth and that other object were moving toward each other, how big the body had to have been.
Whatever it was, it was big enough to splash out about a quarter of the combined mass of the two objects out into space, where it formed the moon.

There is no way to know its speed and size since if it did occur it was while the Earth was still forming and would not have left any evidence.
