my pc is doing weird things what the crap please help!?

and no other information about the problem, 

what would you tell him?

Sounds like your computer has a virus. Do a scan using your antivirus program and be careful what you click on in future. 

Turn it off and go for a walk.  When you get back, you'll both be better.  If that doesn't work - run a scan with your security system.
