Use paper towels (not vacuum) to clean up the glass and the white powder, then bring the paper towels outside. 3. Get plenty to drink over the next 2 or 3 days, this will help your body flush out excess mercury. 4. If you have small children or are pregnant, speak to a doctor as it is more harmful in those cases.
