How is it my problem, that other countries are continuing their bad bets against American technology and American resolve against covid?

    Our technology is OK,  our resolve is not.   We have gotten to be too much of a party nation and we are not willing to do what it takes to get a handle on the covid.   Expect a big spike in cases and deaths as a result of the Superbowl parties.
