Do you support illegal immigrants suing US for distress of being separated at the border? ?

The ACLU is suing for financial compensation of people separated after attempting to gain entry into the USA illegally.  Of course many believe "Asylum" is a magical word they can utter and all their problems will be solved and they will be free to suck at the taxpayers tit.

    People seeking asylum are not illegal immigrants.

    Immigrants and foreigners can always sue in district courts. They do not need a new law for that.
