Are supplements you buy off of Amazon for any health reason. Are they safe to take? ?

Is myo inositol safe to take for PCOS? What about boric life safe to take for recurring bacterial vaginosis?

    I think, high doses of vitamin D and the iodine cure by Dr Brownstein would have more positive effect.
