Biden securing a new START treaty w/Putin even while excoriating him on hacking/Novalny/etc a display of strength Trump was incapable of?

"Sleepy" Joe stuck it to Vlad on Solarwinds, poisoning/jailing of Alexi Novalny, election interference, and more - and yet helped protect us from Nuclear annihilation (with further talks scheduled). All things Trump could not or would not do while buddying up to Putin? Is he using our allies to bolster our strength in a way 45 refused to do in the NAME of America 1st?

    That's EXACTLY what it shows. 

    If Trump was reelected and they asked him about Russia poisoning political rivals, he would have responded "we poison people, too".
