Do Democrats truly believe the guy in the viking suit was a serious threat to take over the Country?

He belonged to a hate group and had trespassed into the Capitol building while Congress was still in session.  However, I don't know whether his intentions were harmful, or not.  He could've just been some random idiot who felt entitled to go wherever he pleased.  

He wasn't...but there were people there whom I have no doubt would have severely hurt or killed certain *people* if they'd have gotten their hands on them.

I'm not a Democrat, but that was obvious from their demeanor, preparations, and the things they were saying.

Viking suit didn't break in by himself.

They wouldn't have taken over, they'd have likely have been killed, but they would have killed several Reps and Pence in the process.

He wasn't planning on taking over the country.  TRUMP was trying to stay in office by first getting Pence to refuse to certify the electoral college vote, and then when that didn't work, by allowing several hundred of his more deranged supporters to think that they could disrupt the process.  Trump had several options then:  use the violence as an excuse to declare martial law, or say that because there was no certification, he was still President.  Don't you know that?  Isn't it obvious that that's what Trump had in mind?  

The one that is the most visible, or outlandishly attired will always become the focal point of the media.  The media will always focus on the biggest looking weirdo, and he fit the bill. But he wasn't any of the ones breaking windows & doors. It was Antifa that was the most violent and destructive. And as always, they were in "anonymous black." 

Yes. Most libs are frightened by their own shadow because most "live" in crappy big cities were crime is a common everyday fact of life.
