Is a workers world probable within our generation? ?

You are not a vanguard.  You are a brain dead idiot.  The poorest person in the United States lives far better than most citizens of Communist China and most citizens of Communist Russia.  Far more food, far better housing, far better medical care and all for free. 

I think it is possible, just not in the traditional arenas.  Cashiers, bank tellers, wait staff with be replaced by robots, but warehouse workers and delivery drivers will increase...for a while.  I think accountability will be key in future business

God I hope not. A "workers paradise" was tried in the USSR and resulted in millions dead and abject misery for its citizens. Same in Mao's China, North Korea, Cambodia, Venezuela, Cuba and everywhere else socialism and communism has ever been tried. Anyway today's revolutionary zealots don't care about class, they're utterly obsessed with race, gender and transgender issues instead, and cancelling people for using the wrong pronouns.

Why the focus on workers?  How about consumers?  The simple-minded nature of your question reflects poorly on the human race.  Economic prosperity is achieved and maximized in a Capitalist society.  As history and current events prove--socialism results in a comparatively poor standard of living and less individual freedom.  Your emotional thought process ignores reality and points to a lack of objective analysis.

People who think that the way to a better and fairer society, is to promote government control over anything and everything are not just morons, they are criminal pests who should be sent to North Korea for a taste of their own medicine.

Unlikely as young people have little idea how to organise. Or even want to.
