What are Mexican or Cuban areas in US  you like?

To be honest, I like the Americans I have met, but there is a teeny problem with the spanish speaking ones.  They seem to have some sort of 'chip' on their shoulder, which comes out in a lack of humour and a thing about being respected kind of like the chinese or some oriental freaks.    They will get on your **** if you have to live on a boat with them.

Translation- Since I live in an area with the largest Cuban population in America, Miami. I'd have to say Miami.
