Adderall is a stimulant. This can increase your heart rate and heart issues.
The percentages relate to patient percentage. Not all patients have the same reactions to medications.
Cardiovascular: Systolic hypertension (extended release; adolescents: 12% to 35%; dose related; transient), tachycardia (extended release; adults: ≤6%), palpitations (extended release: 2% to 4%), increased blood pressure, myocardial infarction, Raynaud's phenomenon
Also because it is a stimulant it can cause euphoria. This is can go away after time.
Remember that Adderall are amphetamines. Similar to the illegal amphetamines that users use to get high.
