Maybe 8 to 10 feet unless you count skydiving.

Probably a couple of inches when I fell off my bed. I don’t put myself in situations that would make me fall from high places. 😊

I have jumped or let go from about 50 feet, but it was into water.  I don't think I have fallen (or let go because I had no choice) more than about ten feet. My biggest near-falls (somehow did not fall even if that was almost what happened) were on the order of a hundred feet and I would not have survived, I do not believe.  Definitely a feeling of exhilaration to escape that fate.  Life-changing event, here now or not here now.

I did once slide down a steep icy snowpack in the rockies for some 50 feet or more before I stopped myself using my rock hammer (I'm a geologist) to repeatedly stab the snow-ice until I was able to stop ahead of the cliff a short distance away. Relief after intense fear is an odd and powerful feeling to experience, is all I can say.

However tall a powerpole is. There was a downed powerline and I climbed it. Then I fell and hit my head. Yay, im a dipshit.
