You can write it in English, just like you (partially) have.
I have sent several dozen letters to Korea with the address in English.
They have ALL arrived safely.
If you address it in Hangul, be sure to put at least the Country name in English, at the bottom, so the postal service in the origin country can get it to South Korea, where they will do the rest.
