Point charge?
A point charge of 1 μC is located a distance 65.1 m from an infinite plane.
Determine the electric flux through the plane due to the point charge. The permittiv- ity of a vacuum is 8.85419 × 10−12 C2/N m2 .
Answer in units of N * m2/C.

It doesn't really matter WHAT the distance is above the plane. If the plane is infinitely large, half of the flux due to the charge is going to go through the plane (and the other half is going in the other direction).
Φ = Q / ε₀ = 1e-6C / 8.85419e-12C²/N·m² = 1.13e5 N·m²/C
