    Divide all terms by 2 and so y = 6x + 5 whereas 6 is the slope of the line and 5 is the y intercept.

    2y = 12x + 10

    y = 6x + 5

    line

    x-intercept | -5/6 ≈ -0.833333

    y-intercept | 5

    normal vector | (-6/sqrt(37), 1/sqrt(37)) ≈ (-0.986394, 0.164399)

    slope | 6
