    10 teams is best I think. 16 was good for this crazy year we had, but 3 division winners and 2 wild card winners makes best sense. I'm quite happy with that and no DH in the NL.

    Major League Baseball expanded the postseason to 16 teams in 2020, largely because the season was so short (60 games, due to the pandemic) and there was a promise of extra TV money for doing so. The expanded playoffs proved popular and did provide some compelling baseball, even in the wild-card round.

    MLB should do proper studies and adjust to doing whatever is necessary to promote the game to future generations.  The attitude that if it wasn't done that way when Babe Ruth played it's no good has got to change.  The old timers, and I'm an old timer, need to stop whining about every change.  The game can handle changes.  It can't survive stagnation.
