    Call the mortuary

If his temperature is 15.8 C then just bury him as is.  If it is 15.8 F you will need to thaw him before putting him in a coffin.

PS if the temperature is more normal you need to be aware of the risks of concussion or worse.

Hang him outside, high enough that the

bears and coyotes can't gnaw at him,

then call the authorities to come take

    care of him.

You get him to a doctor and stop asking for advice in families and relationships here.

First get him medical attention.  Second buy a new thermometer.

Elderly falls should be treated as potentially deadly.

An evaluation should be made by the casualty Hospital staff (Triage).

Bruises may lead to deadly blood clots,

Falling once doubles the chances of falling again.

In the USA falling deaths have increased by 30%
