Men dont know anything!
It is standard practice in manufacturing to make an initial prototype before you go on to make the final " perfect" version!
Adam was just a "try out"!
God didn't like what he saw and decided to get rid of the "willy" bit and added "boobs" and a "*****"!
Much, much better!
