I already tried the clear cache , the allow adds java and others but still shows

The website that you're attempting to get to is aware that you're using an AdBlocker software on your computer, my friend, which they're not happy about.
To be able to go to the website you need to disable your AdBlocker for that particular website. (If you're using Windows, there should be an icon near the top of your browser page for your AdBlocker. Click on it and then click on the tick mark that shows your AdBlocker is enabled for that site. This will disable your AdBlocker for that particular website. Then you can either press on the Reload current page (Ctrl + R) or simply press the F5 key to refresh the page.)
