Being a theist without a religion can be included as what it means to be, 'spiritual'.

"Theist". There are many persons we know exist, but have no direct interaction with. However, when so much depends on our knowing God, and getting to know Him is so easy, why would anyone choose to remain apart from Him?

There's never a name for "when", dear.

As far as I know: no.
We could use the word: Monotheist.
If you believe in the God of a particular religion
then you would be termed a non-denominational member of that religion.

James 2:19-20
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. [20] But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Well, in God's eyes you are an unbeliever because you see, God the Father, wants everyone to accept and love His Son, especially for the sacrifice Jesus gave for us on the Cross of Calvary in order that we can be saved for eternity and live with Him in heaven, and whilst on this earth, be reconciled back to the Father, because we are born separated from God in trespasses and sins and ONLY CHRIST CAN MAKE US ALIVE (Ephesians 2: 1 & 5). This is due to the fact that Adam sinned, and was immediately separated from God and we are Adam's descendants and we are born (spiritually) DEAD in Adam's trespasses and sins, and that's why we are born separated from God.
God came to earth in the flesh and blood body of Jesus Christ in order to reconcile us BACK TO HIMSELF (2 Corinthians 5:19)
Therefore, you might be interested to know, that anyone who denies the Son of God, DOES NOT HAVE THE FATHER EITHER.
Is that a shock to you? It shouldn't be, if you read God's love letter to us - the Bible. He explains it very well in there.
He also said, that those who ACKNOWLEDGE the Son of God - that's Jesus Christ, HAVE THE FATHER ALSO. (1 John 2: 23)
Therefore you should conclude that you need BOTH the Father and the Son, or else you have NEITHER of them, because Jesus and His Father are one (John 10:30). That's why Isaiah prophesied that Jesus' Name would be "MIGHTY GOD, AND EVERLASTING FATHER" (Isaiah 9:6)
And that is also why Jesus told us, "I am IN THE FATHER and the Father is IN ME" (John 17: 21 & 23) because you cannot have one without the other.
Jesus Christ is GOD IN THE FLESH (John 1:14). That's why His name was to be called "Immanuel" because God's many names indicate God's nature and "Immanuel" when translated means, "GOD WITH US" (Matthew 1: 23)
In addition, you are not a Christian if you are out there on your own and not connected with Christ's body - the Church. You see, when we, as adults, repent for our sins and get water baptized by full immersion for the remission of our sins in the Name of Jesus Christ, (Acts 2:38), the Holy Spirit Himself, baptizes us INTO the SAME BODY - THE BODY OF CHRIST (1 Corinthians 12:13).
That body of Christ is the Church. Then God tells us we are NOT TO forsake the ASSEMBLING of ourselves TOGETHER, as the manner of some, but exhorting one another and so much the more as we see the Day approaching - that's the Day of Judgement of Tribulation and great trouble and persecution. (Hebrews 10:25).
Anyway, I can't preach the whole gospel to you, but you do need to be born again as Jesus said, (John 3:3) because unless you are born again, not through your mother's womb of course next time, but of God (John 1: 12 & 13), you CANNOT SEE or ENTER God's kingdom (John 3: 3 - 5).
So don't kid yourself that everything is okay with you spiritually just because you believe in God. Jesus Christ Himself has said, "Not everyone who calls Me "Lord, Lord" shall enter the kingdom, but HE WHO DOES THE WILL MY FATHER IN HEAVEN"
Jesus also said, "Why do you call Me "Lord, Lord" and do not DO THE THINGS THAT I SAY?" (Luke 6: 46)
I think you have a long way to go yet my friend, before your eternal destiny is secure
