Abdominal Emergency- Help?

I’m 18. And usually when i wake up for the past few weeks i’ve had this weird abdominal pain.

But this morning, i woke up with a SEVEFE unbearable LEFT side abdominal pain that barely radiated to my back but was pretty much in one spot and went away in 20 minutes.

I was extremely worried about pregnancy but i’m on birth control and got my period 2.5 weeks ago when i was supposed to.

However. I’ve been on a diet and actually gained a pound. But i’ve had no pregnancy symptoms.

I don’t THINK i’m

pregnant but this TERRIBLE pain was worrisome. Any help?

    If you are on birth control and got your period then you are not pregnant. You should contact your doctor because the pain could be caused by something else

    A terrible pain is not a sign of pregnancy.

    You could have an ovarian cyst. They can be quite painful.
