    No, it is the flux capacitor. Electronics are silent.

    There are ALL KINDS  if different "electronic sounds". Your inability to describe it or where the sound is emanating from has earned you no answer at all due to no useful information provided. The question quality review board has concluded that your vague question was an EPIC FAIL.
