    "a trading company led by Pierre Laclede and Auguste Chouteau established the settlement of St. Louis in February 1764."  2021 - 1764 = 257 years ago.

    411,640 years ago, St. Louis as a named place didn't exist.  Actually neither did London England or Rome Italy or Paris France.  ~2500 years ago Mesopotamia was "the" global super power.
