How to get in a sleeping cycle?
I am a 29 year old male. And I honestly don't have a sleeping schedule sometimes I go to bed at 12 sometime I go to bed between 2/3. Once in awhile 4. And it seems I get tired quicker as the day goes. How can I get into a normal sleeping schedule.
I drink alot of caffeine so I know that's effects my sleeping habbits. Any advice.

Set a bedtime (10pm) AND STICK TO IT.
It's going to take a few weeks, but you'll get there.
