How can I get calls from a Call-only ads campaign?

I have been created a call-only ad campaign for my website. The everyday amount has been deducted and clicks also come for my site, but am not getting any calls? What mistake did I make in my AdWords? But my campaign showing on phone calls.

    The problem is that Zinavo Technologies shows up as a scam website.  You have spent so much time spamming people and so little time actually working no one can figure out that you do other than you are a money pit.

    Hire a professional marketer.
