The sovereign nation, Bulgaria, is in South Eastern Europe.  It has a coastline on the Black Sea. 

Bulgaria is in Eastern Europe, not South America. It is bounded by Greece and Turkey in the south; North Macedonia and Serbia in the west; Romania in the north and the Black Sea in the east. The capital is Sophia.

Bulgaria is in Europe 

Bulgaria is NOT in South America.

It is directly west of Urgoru and south of Venzmania.

It's the part that's in China.
