It is moto g(7) optimo maxx(XT1955DL) when I search online I keep seeing things about blocked numbers I have not blocked any numbers yet just got the phone Monday.
This is a social security provided service through tracfone I have been with for years never had this problem dropped my old phone in the snow had to get a new one.
This is a new phone not used and it has the same account and same number.
