Hair Colour Advice?

I have natural level 4 warm brown hair! I had it box dyed a similar level ash brown colour. 

I would like it to be dark blonde like the colour in the picture I've provided.

About 2 weeks ago I did a bleach wash then box dyed it again! So it is currently a level 5 very warm brownish ginger colour.

I am planning on bleaching again down to a level 7 or 8, which will make my hair go a lovely shade of mid/light orange I would guess lol.

My question is, when I get to this stripped orange colour, what professional colour should I put over the top and then what toner should I use to get to something similar to the picture?
