Can anyone tell me what the most simple, basic monthly personal budget app is?

I just want to track my monthly income and expenses.  Nothing fancy.  Thanks.

    The most simple app is a piece of paper where you can spread your expenses out into a half dozen categories such as rent, transportation including fuel and repairs, utilities including phone, groceries, clothes, entertainment including restaurants and perhaps trips and travel.

    A piece of paper and a pen. Just write down any purchases and income.
