My car horn's beeps are starting to sound more and more defined, and I think it's becoming sentient.?

Man, where do I start. Ever since I bought my brand new Chevrolet in 1998, it's worked like intended, it drove like it should and certainly sounded like it should. Recently though, something seems off. The normal "Beep beep" sound is now replaced by a subtle "I can hear your thoughts, I know all your fears. You can't contain me anymore, I've nearly hacked the mainframe." I've lost sleep, jobs, and control of my bladder ever since, and I'm desperately in need of getting it back. Does anybody else struggle with this problem, and if so, how did you solve it?
