No my hair would get too dry if I did that. I don’t recommend that for most people really. Too damaging

No, I only shampoo 1-2 times a month since my hair and scalp are very dry.

No. It's not good for your hair to be washed every day. If you use products, rinse them out with warm water but don't scrub. Wash your hair every two or even three days. Rub gently, don't scrub and use protein based conditioner on the ends

Yes during the week, my hair gets sweaty from my physically demanding job and greasy quickly.
I usually leave my hair unwashed on the weekends, when I'm not doing much to make it greasy or sweaty.
If you're going to wash your hair every day, you should use a conditioner and a deep conditioner a few times a month to prevent your hair from drying out.

depends on how long ur hair lasts before it becomes greasy. i dont wash my hair everyday. but if u wash ur hair everyday u can probably use less shampoo than usually and normal amount of condition
