If you're white, where do you think you'd be in life if you weren't white?

I like your name.

I'm sure I'd be in the same place I'm already at.

If I was non-white I would be a loser terrorist thug.

I am comfortable in my life not just because I’m white but because my parents and grandparents were white too.

They we’re not denied housing or a home loan because of the color of their skin.  My grandfather was a bus driver and got the job because he had the city connections (since he was white).  He helped my Dad get construction jobs as a young man which eventually lead to getting a college degree and working as an insurance adjuster - all made much easier since he was white.

My parents or grandparents were not harassed because of the color of their skin. They did not have to deal with segregation.  No one spit on them or called them names when they got an education. 

This background gave me a head start on my life.  I have no idea where I would be if I did not have the family I have.
