Oblivion launcher will not work?
Hey I installed Elder Scrolls Oblivion to my windows 10 laptop via the Steam Bootstraper. For some odd reason Oblivion will not let me select "play Oblivion". Only the Bethesda web link and exit launcher are selectable. I cannot actually launch Oblivion or toggle the game's settings or view its data files to enable mods and such.

Have you tried verifying the game cache in Steam? It sounds like you might have a faulty install. If verifying the game cache doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
